Super Food Overnight Oats Recipe | AURA Kitchen

These oats are FULL of antioxidants, vitamin C, fibre, protein, magnesium, potassium, omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, manganese, selenium to name a few! It's a P O W E R F U L bowl.

What you will need more Super food overnight oats

12 C dry oats
1 TBSP chia seeds
12 C almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 TSP cinnamon
Hot water
Organic cacao nibs
Hemp hearts

How to Do

Combine all ingredients into a mason jar, stir together, cover with a lid and put in your fridge overnight. In the morning, empty your soaked oats into a bowl and top with your fave toppings! If wanting warm oatmeal, you can just do all of this in the morning with quick oats. The bowl will take under 6 minutes to make!
