Collagen Superfood Oatmeal Muffins Recipe | AURA Kitchen

This is what you need for today's Collagen Superfood Oatmeal Muffins Recipe

2 C of Oats 
2 Eggs or Flax alternative 
1/2 Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Bananas 
1 TSP Cinnamon
12 TSP Vanilla extract 
13 C pure Maple syrup 
1 TSP baking soda
14 Almond milk (or any preference in milk) 
12 C of Coconut Oil 
Sprinkle of Salt 
Dark Chocolate Chips Sprinkled on top (optional) 

 

What to Do

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Using oil of choice wipe muffin tins to prevent sticking. 
Place all ingredients into your blend mix for a minute and scoop 13 cup of mix into your muffin tins. 
Set a timer for 15 – 17 minutes or until light browning on top muffins. Let cool for 5 – 10 minutes. Enjoy!
