Celebrate Smoothie Bowl Recipe


Another amazing smoothie bowl recipe via @tiu_archeologist.

Today’s Smoothie bowl included:

12 banana
1 C frozen pineapple 
12 cup mixed frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and cherries)
14 C frozen pineapple 
1 TSP ashwaganda
1 TBSP ground flaxseed 
1 TBSP almond butter 
1 TBSP unsweetened coconut flakes 
1.5 C unsweetened almond milk

What to do:

  1. Top with granola, 12 banana, blueberries, unsweetened coconut flakes and almond butter. “The #tiu5daydetox is done and so you know this girl needed to make her favourite smoothie bowl to celebrate the occasion.”
