Let’s put those fresh summer berries to use! Our talented smoothie maker @tiu_archaeologist has made this perfect summer smoothie bowl.


What you need for today's Berry Peachy Smoothie Bowl:

1/2 frozen banana
1/4 C frozen raspberries
1/4 C frozen blueberries
1/2 C frozen peaches
1 TBSP unsweetened coconut flakes
1 TBSP ground flaxseed
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 TBSP almond butter
1 scoop AURA Unflavoured Plant Based Protein
1 C Silk Unsweetened Almond milk.

How To:

  1. Blend and top with granola, unsweetened coconut flakes, frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, strawberries and cacao nibs.
